At The Red Shack, we aim to provide a smooth, discreet and reliable delivery experience. This Shipping Policy explains how your order will be processed, dispatched and delivered.

1. UK delivery

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

All orders are sent in discreet packaging to protect your privacy.

Standard UK delivery - £3.50 - approximately 48 hours after dispatch.

Express UK delivery - £4.75 - approximately 24 hours after dispatch.

2. Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.

Orders placed before 10am Monday to Friday are normally dispatched the same working day.

Orders placed after 10am Monday to Friday, at weekends or on UK public holidays will normally be processed and dispatched on the next working day.

Please remember that dispatch time is separate from delivery time. Your delivery timeframe begins once your order has been dispatched.

During exceptionally busy periods, promotions or circumstances outside our control, dispatch may occasionally take longer than usual.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order where there are issues with payment, stock availability, suspected fraud or other legitimate concerns.

3. UK shipping options

Express UK delivery - £4.75 - approximately 24 hours after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur due to courier services, adverse weather, UK public holidays or other circumstances outside our control.

Our current UK delivery charges are:

Standard delivery: £3.50

Express delivery: £4.75

The available delivery options and applicable charges will be displayed at checkout.

5. Discreet packaging

Your privacy matters to us.

All orders are shipped in discreet packaging to protect your privacy.

There will be no indication of the contents of your order on the outside of the parcel.

6. Split shipments

Orders containing multiple products may occasionally be shipped separately and may arrive at different times.

If your order is sent in more than one parcel, you will not be charged additional delivery fees unless otherwise stated at checkout.

7. Order tracking

Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Tracking availability depends on the delivery service used.

Customers are responsible for monitoring their tracking information and ensuring that someone is available to receive the delivery where required.

8. Delivery information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address when placing an order.

We cannot be responsible for delays, failed deliveries or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information supplied by the customer.

Where the carrier provides delivery confirmation to the address supplied at checkout, this may be used as evidence of delivery.

9. Failed or returned deliveries

If a delivery cannot be completed because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal to accept the parcel, failure to collect the parcel or other circumstances attributable to the customer, the parcel may be returned to us.

If an order is returned to us and you request that it is sent again, additional delivery charges may apply.

Any refund for a returned order will be handled in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable UK consumer law.

10. Lost or delayed orders

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us at hello@theredshack.com.

We will investigate the delivery with the relevant carrier or fulfilment provider and work to resolve the issue as quickly as reasonably possible.

Please remember that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and delays can occasionally occur after dispatch.
